摘 要:某钢铁企业棒材轧线加热炉液压系统油液检测是依靠人工取样离线检测,受油液取样过程、取样环境、取样条件等因素影响,油液检测结果会存在一定偏差。另外油液离线检测过程繁琐,人工和检测耗材成本较高,而且检测后的废油液还会造成环境污染。而油液在线检测技术是解决油液离线检测弊端的最好方法。本文介绍了油液在线检测技术的工作原理、技术优势,结合该企业加热炉液压系统实际状况,提出了油液在线检测装置的安装方案。油液在线检测装置投用后,设备维护人员可根据采集到的油液清洁度数据来判断系统内设备磨损情况,给设备预知维修创造了条件,改善了设备运行和维护状况。The oil detection of the heating furnace hydraulic system of in bar rolling line of an iron and steel enterprise relies on manual sampling for offline detection,influenced by the oil sampling process,sampling environment,sampling conditions and other factors,the oil detection results will have certain deviation.In addition,the oil offline detection process is cumbersome,and the cost of labor and detection consumables is higher,and the waste oil after detection will also cause environmental pollution.The oil online detection technology is the best way to solve the malpractice of oil offline detection.This paper introduces the working principle and technical advantages of the oil online detection technology,and combined with the actual situation of the heating furnace hydraulic system of the enterprise,puts forward the installation scheme of the oil online detection device.After the online oil detection device is put into use,equipment maintenance personnel can judge the wear of equipment in the system according to the collected oil cleanliness data,create conditions for equipment predictive maintenance,and improve equipment operation and maintenance.
