基于循证的疼痛护理在输尿管结石手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证的疼痛护理在输尿管结石手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月1日~12月31日84例输尿管结石手术患者根据护理方案不同分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展基于循证的疼痛护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后1周休斯顿疼痛情况调查量表(HPOI)评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后7 d焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 d皮质醇(Cor)、丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证的疼痛护理可提高输尿管结石手术患者的疼痛控制满意度,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善自我效能感及应激反应指标。Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based pain nursing in patients with ureteral calculi surgery.Methods:During June 1 to December 31,2020,84 patients with ureteral calculi surgery according to different nursing plan were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group,the control group carried out the routine nursing care,while the observation group carried out evidence-based pain nursing,nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 week of surgery,the Houston pain situation investigation scale(HPOI)scores were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of surgery,the self-evaluation on anxiety scale(SAS),the depression self rating scale(SDS),and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 d of surgery,the cortisol(Cor)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based pain nursing can improve patients with ureteral calculi surgery pain control satisfaction in patients with ureteral calculi surgery,relieve their anxiety,depression,amd improve their self-efficacy and stress response index.
