独立学院大学生隐性思想政治教育存在的困境及实践策略研究

摘　　要：隐性教育是大学生思想政治教育的基本模式之一,面对高校思想政治教育新形势,要将隐性教育的理念融入独立学习大学生思想政治教育。本文深入分析思想政治教育工作中隐性教育的重要特点和独立学院开展思想政治教育存在的困境,强调思政教育中既要倚重传统的教育方式,同时要探究隐性思想政治教育的理论,重视隐性思想政治教育的重要作用,总结和凝练独立学院大学生隐性思想政治教育的实现策略,让第一课堂有意识的灌输和课外无意识的熏陶共同发挥作用,凝聚合力助力大学生健康发展。Hidden education is one of the basic models of college students’ ideological and political education. Facing the new situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the concept of hidden education must be integrated into independent learning of ideological and political education of college students. This paper deeply analyzes the important characteristics of hidden education in ideological and political education and the predicament of ideological and political education in independent colleges, emphasizing that in ideological and political education, we must rely on traditional education methods, and at the same time explore the theory of hidden ideological and political education, attach importance to attention the important role of hidden ideological and political education, summarize and condense the implementation strategy of hidden ideological and political education of college students in the independent college, allow the first class to consciously instill and exert the influence of extra-curricular unconsciousness, and cohesion to help the healthy development of college students.
