摘  要:随着机器视觉系统中图像分辨率和帧率的不断提高,现有图像传输方式逐渐成为机器视觉系统发展的瓶颈。基于海思Hi3559设计了一种前端机器视觉系统,能够在系统前端相机中完成对目标的测量或者计算,从而避免图像数据的传输问题。主要完成了sensor的驱动程序设计,并从底层实现了系统自适应的感兴趣区域(ROI)-帧率调节和自动曝光(AE)功能。另外基于海思媒体处理平台(MPP)完成了整个前端视频处理框架的软件设计。经测试,该系统可以在1920∗120分辨率的条件下实现1018FPS的图像采集,并能够实时地计算出每一帧的结果并发送到上位机。With the continuous improvement of image resolution and frame rate in machine vision systems,the existing image transmission methods have gradually become a bottleneck in the development of machine vision systems.Based on HiSilicon Hi3559,a front-end machine vision system is designed,which can complete the measurement or calculation of the target in the front-end camera of the system,thereby avoiding the problem of image data transmission.The driver design of imx174 is completed,and the system adaptive region of interest(ROI)-frame rate adjustment and automatic exposure(AE)functions are implemented from the bottom layer.In addition,the software design of the entire front-end video processing framework is completed based on the HiSilicon Media Processing Platform(MPP).After testing,the system can achieve 1018FPS image acquisition under the condition of 1920∗120 resolution,and can calculate the result of each frame in real time and send it to the host computer.
