摘 要:大型平板集热器的热损系数可以通过理论计算和实验分析2种方法得出。首先建立了大型平板集热器的热损模型,通过理论计算得出其理论热损系数;然后通过检测大型平板集热器的进、出口温度,环境温度和集热工质流量,以实验分析得出其实际热损系数;最后对大型平板集热器的理论热损系数和实际热损系数进行对比分析,以验证采用理论热损系数对大型平板集热器进行热损失估算的可行性。研究结果表明:在考虑工程应用条件和允许误差的前提下,运用理论计算方法对大型平板集热器的实际热损系数进行估算,可以有效提高大型太阳能跨季节储热采暖系统设计的合理性。The heat loss coefficient of large flat plate collector can be obtained by theoretical calculation and experimental analysis. In this paper,firstly,the heat loss model of large flat plate collector is established,and its theoretical heat loss coefficient is obtained through theoretical calculation. Then,by measuring the inlet and outlet temperature of the large flat plate collector,ambient temperature and flow of heat collecting working medium,the actual heat loss coefficient is obtained through experimental analysis. Finally,the theoretical heat loss coefficient and the actual heat loss coefficient of the large flat plate collector are compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility of using the theoretical heat loss coefficient to estimate the heat loss of the large flat plate collector. The research results show that,on the premise of considering the engineering application conditions and allowable errors,using the theoretical calculation method to estimate the actual heat loss coefficient of the large flat plate collector can effectively improve the rationality of the large scale solar cross seasonal heat storage heating system design.
