摘 要:随着风电机组叶片长度和单机容量的增加,以及叶片轻量化设计要求的提出,采用大厚度的翼型成为叶片设计的趋势。为了改善采用大厚度翼型的风电机组的气动性能,在叶片表面安装涡流发生器是一种有效手段。建立了某型号风电机组的仿真模型,对采用计算流体力学(CFD)仿真分析方法得到的仿真结果与风电机组仿真软件GH-Bladed的计算结果进行了对比;然后对该风电机组叶片安装涡流发生器前、后的气动性能进行了仿真分析,并对比了叶片变桨前典型工况下安装和未安装涡流发生器的风轮轴功率。研究结果表明:CFD仿真结果与GH-Bladed计算结果基本一致,验证了CFD仿真分析方法的准确性;在风速较高、风轮转速较大时,安装涡流发生器可使风轮轴功率提升1.94%,证明安装涡流发生器可以有效提升风电机组的气动性能,从而提高风电机组的发电效率,该方式可以在实际工程应用中进行推广。With the increase of blade length and unit capacity of wind turbine,and the proposal of blade lightweight design requirements,the use of large thickness airfoils has become the trend of blade design. In order to improve the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine with large thickness airfoils,it is an effective method to install vortex generators(VG) on the blade surface. In this paper,the simulation model of a certain type of wind turbine is established,and the simulation results obtained by CFD simulation analysis method are compared with the calculation results of wind turbine simulation software GH-Braded. Then the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine before and after installing VG on blades is simulated and analyzed,and the shaft power of the wind wheel with and without the VG is compared under the typical working conditions before blade pitch. The research results show that the CFD simulation results are basically consistent with the GH-Braded calculation results,which verifies the accuracy of the CFD simulation analysis method. When the wind speed and the wind wheel speed are high,the installation of the VG can increase the shaft power of the wind wheel by 1.94%,which proves that the installation of the VG can effectively improve the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine,thereby improving the power generation efficiency of the wind turbine,which can be promoted in practical engineering applications.
