摘　　要：为评价不同花粉生活力检测方法对月季花粉生活力检测的效果,并筛选出花粉生活力较高的月季品种,采用TTC染色法、碘-碘化钾染色法和醋酸洋红染色法对7个月季品种进行了花粉生活力的检测。综合3种花粉生活力检测方法筛选出“诗人之妻”品种花粉生活力较高。In order to evaluate the effect of different pollen viability detection methods on the detection of rose pollen viability,and to screen out the rose varieties with higher pollen viability, TTC staining, iodine-potassium iodide staining and aceto carmine staining were used to detect pollen viability of seven rose varieties. Three pollen viability test methods were integrated to screen out the "poet’s wife" variety with high pollen viability.
