摘  要:以乙烯多胺、亚磷酸和甲醛为主要合成原料,以浓盐酸为催化剂,制备了一种膦酸盐类缓凝剂HNJ-2,通过大量室内实验优化出了最佳的合成条件,并对其在混凝土中的应用性能进行了评价。结果表明:当反应温度为105℃,反应时间为4h,催化剂浓盐酸的加量为20%时,合成的膦酸盐缓凝剂HNJ-2性能最佳,当其加量为1.5%时,可以使水泥净浆的流动度提高至250mm以上;缓凝剂HNJ-2的加入能够有效延长混凝土的凝结时间,并可以有效降低混凝土的泌水率,当缓凝剂HNJ-2的加量为1.5%时,可使混凝土的泌水率降低至4.6%;缓凝剂HNJ-2的加入会使混凝土早期抗压强度有所提高,而对后期抗压强度的影响则不明显。A phosphonate retarder HNJ-2 is prepared with the ethylene polyamine,phosphite and formaldehyde as main raw materials and the concentrated hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The optimum synthsis conditions are optimized through a large number of indoor experiments,and its application performance in concrete is evaluated.The results show that the phosphonate retarder HNJ-2 has the best performance when the reaction temperature is 105℃,the reaction time is 3.5h and the dosage of catalyst concentrated hydrochloric acid is 20%.When the dosage is 1.5%,the fluidity of cement paste can increase to more than 250mm;The addition of retarder HNJ-2 can effectively prolong the setting time of concrete and effectively reduce the bleeding rate of concrete.When the dosage of retarder HNJ-2 is 1.5%,the bleeding rate of concrete can reduce to 4.6%;The addition of retarder HNJ-2 improves the early compressive strength of concrete,but it has no obvious effect on the later compressive strength.
