摘  要:为提高水性油墨连接料的附着性和耐水性,提出水性聚氨酯树脂油墨连接料制备及性能研究。采用聚丙二醇、丁二醇和二羟甲基丙酸为实验原料,加入适量的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、催化剂,在80℃条件下恒温反应制备了水性聚氨酯树脂油墨连接料。性能测试结果:刚制备成膜的连接料界面张力偏高,为9.8mN/m,但静置10h后可降至0.8mN/m,此时连接料具有良好的稳定性;水性聚氨酯黏度可达到79.96 mPa·s,表明水性聚氨酯在PET薄膜上具有良好的附着能力;样品在10h时可达到饱和状态,吸水率仅为6.3%,样品具有较好的耐水性能。所提方法制备的水性聚氨酯树脂油墨连接料具有较好的附着性和耐水性,具有一定应用价值。In order to improve the adhesion and water resistance of water-based ink binders,the preparation and properties of water-based polyurethane resin ink binders are studied.The polypropylene glycol,butanediol and dimethylol propionic acid are used as raw materials,with adding appropriate amount of isophorone diisocyanate and catalyst,the water-based polyurethane resin ink binder is prepared by the constant temperature reaction at 80°C.The performance test results are presented as follows:the interfacial tension of the binder just made into the film is high which is 9.8mN/m,but it reduces to 0.8mN/m after standing for 10h,and at this time,the binder has a good stability;the viscosity of water-based polyurethane can reach 79.96mPa·s,which indicates that the water-based polyurethane has a good adhesion on the PET film;the sample can reach a saturated state after 10h,the water absorption rate is only 6.3%,and the sample has a good water resistance.The water-based polyurethane resin ink binder prepared by the proposed method has a good adhesion and a water resistance,and has certain application value.
