摘 要:导电杆是导电装置中的关键组件,其绝缘性能的优劣直接影响导电装置传输精度。在已确定导电杆环间绝缘强度薄弱的主要原因是灌封胶填料吸潮的前提下,通过分析硅微粉吸潮的机理,从理论上提出将硅烷偶联剂应用于硅微粉的改性处理的工艺方法来提升灌封胶的绝缘性能。实验表明改性处理的硅微粉具有良好的憎水性。将导电杆灌封胶中的硅微粉改性处理后进行高湿度环境试验,结果表明,改性处理硅微粉得到的灌封胶能够大幅度提高绝缘性能,使导电杆在环境湿度90%的条件下保持2h后,仍能达到技术指标要求(≥50MΩ@110V)。The conductive rod is a key component in the conductive slip-ring,and its insulation performance directly affects the positioning accuracy of the Slip-ring.It has been determined that the main reason for the poor insulation strength between the conductive rod rings is the moisture absorption of the potting adhesive filler,and by analyzing the moisture absorption mechanism of silicon micro powder,the process method is theoretically proposed to apply the silane coupling agent to the modification treatment of the silicon micro powder to improve the insulation performance of the potting adhesive.The experiments show that the modified silicon micro powder has a good hydrophobicity.After modifying the silicon micro powder in the conductive rod potting adhesive,a high humidity environment test is carried out,the results show that the potting adhesive obtained by modifying the silicon micro powder can greatly improve the insulation performance,and after being in the environment of 90%humidity for 2 hours,the conductive rod can still meet the technical index requirements(≥50MΩ@110V).
