首荟通便胶囊用于预防骨科术后便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究首荟通便胶囊对预防骨科术后便秘的效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月行骨科手术的152例患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组76例,对照组在术后给予一般性健康指导,试验组在对照组的基础上加用首荟通便胶囊治疗,观察2组患者治疗14 d后的疗效、排便时间、排便困难程度、生活质量评分、1个月后发生便秘患者比例以及影响因素。结果术后14 d后试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后14 d排便时间、排便困难程度、生活质量评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者1个月是否诊断为便秘为因变量,以年龄、手术类型为自变量进行多因素二元logistic回归分析,结果表明,年龄>60岁,关节置换术和脊柱手术的患者,应用首荟通便胶囊患者便秘的发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论预防使用首荟通便胶囊用于骨科术后患者,能够有效降低患者术后便秘的发生率,尤其对于年龄>60岁、行关节置换术和脊柱手术的患者效果更为明显。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shouhuitongbian capsule in preventing constipation after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 152 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 76 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional health guidance after surgery,however,those in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Shouhuitongbian capsule.After 14-day treatment,defecation time,defecation difficulty degree,life quality score,and the incidence of constipation after 1 month and influencing factors were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 14-day treatment,the total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(93.4%vs 80.3%,P<0.05).And the defecation time,defecation difficulty degree and life quality scores in experimental group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The multi-factor binary logistic regression analysis showed that the the patients with age>60 years,joint replacement and spinal surgery had lower incidence of constipation(P<0.05).Conclusion The preventive application of Shouhuitongbian capsule for the patients after orthopedic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative constipation,especially for the patients with age>60 years,joint replacement and spinal surgery.
