摘　　要：目的探讨专病护士对经皮肝穿刺胆道引流(PTCD)患者的延续护理中的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年6月至2021年3月收治且行PTCD术后置管的恶性梗阻性黄疸患者70例,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组由普通护士运用微信平台给予患者常规梗阻性黄疸护理相关知识宣教的延续护理,研究组由专病护士基于出院后的延续护理。于出院时、出院3个月后比较2组患者PTCD知识掌握情况、引流管并发症发生率、生活质量情况。结果观察组患者PTCD护理知识得分、生活质量得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院期间引流管并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专病护士运用微信等信息化平台的延续性护理模式对恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD带管出院患者进行随访,与普通护士比较能提高患者管道护理能力,降低带管期间的并发症,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effects of professional nurses on the nursing quality in continuous nursing for patients undergoing percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD).Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 70 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 and underwent PTCD postoperative catheterization as the research objects,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given continuous nursing based on health education via WeChat platform by general nurses,however,those in observation group were given continuous nursing by professional nurses.On the time of discharge and at 3 months after discharge,the mastering status of PTCD knowledge,the incidence of drainage tube complications,and the life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the PTCD nursing knowledge scores and life quality scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However the incidence of drainage tube complications during discharge in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As compared with general nurses,the professional nurses use WeChat and other information platform's continuous nursing model to follow up patients with malignant obstructive jaundice who underwent PTCD can improve the self-care ability of patients with tube,and reduce the incidence of complications and improve the life quality of patients.
