基于多臂CAD软件的蜻蜓图案小提花织物设计

摘　　要：为探讨蜻蜓图案在小提花织物中的设计与织造问题,文章分析了小提花织物的设计要点,分别采用水平跳接、平纹地及经起花3种设计方法进行蜻蜓图案小提花织物设计,并利用多臂CAD软件进行织物仿真模拟,最后分析其模拟效果。结果表明:设计的蜻蜓图案水平跳接小提花织物纹样布局匀称,花纹清晰,纱线张力均匀,但纹样尺寸较小;设计的蜻蜓图案平纹地小提花织物纹样对比突出,搭配对比明显的色纱可使布面呈现丰富的视觉效果;设计的蜻蜓图案经起花小提花织物布局匀称,纹样清晰、活波、尺寸大,且具有浮雕效果。In order to explore the design and weaving of dragonfly pattern in small jacquard fabric,the design points were analyzed in this paper,dragonfly patterned jacquard fabric was designed with three design methods:horizontal jump,plain ground and warp rise,and dobby CAD software was used to simulate the fabric,and the simulation effect was analyzed.The results show that the pattern layout of the dragonfly pattern is symmetrical,the pattern is clear,the yarn tension is even,but the pattern size is small.The pattern contrast of designed dragonfly pattern plain jacquard fabric is outstanding,the fabric surface will present a rich visual effect when colored yarn with obvious contrast.The small jacquard fabric of dragonfly design has symmetrical layout,clear pattern,vivid wave,large size and relief effect.
