板栗叶提取液对羊毛织物的染色研究

摘　　要：为开发天然染料新品种,合理利用废弃植物资源,以板栗落叶为原料提取天然染料原液,以该原液对羊毛织物进行染色,研究各工艺参数对染色性能的影响,对染色羊毛织物的耐日晒颜色稳定性及染色牢度进行评价。试验结果表明:板栗叶提取液对羊毛织物染色的最佳工艺条件为:pH值3.0,99℃恒温染色50 min,浴比1∶50;媒染工艺以FeSO_(4)媒染试样得色最深。板栗叶提取液染色羊毛织物具有良好的耐日晒颜色稳定性,染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度及干、湿耐摩擦色牢度良好,达3~4级及以上。To develop new natural dyes and rationally utilize waste plant resources,natural dyes were extracted from chestnut leaves and applied to wool fabric dyeing.The influence of dyeing factors on dyeing properties was studied.The color stability and dyeing fastness of dyed wool fabric were tested.The results show that the optimal dyeing conditions is as follows:pH value 3.0,dyeing at 99℃for 50 min,bath ratio 1∶50.In the mordant dyeing process,ferrous sulfate mordant dyeing samples get the deepest color.The wool fabric dyed with chestnut leaf extract has good color stability to sunlight,color fastness to washing,dry and wet to rubbing.
