DGT-6糊料在桑蚕丝织物数码印花前处理中的应用

摘　　要：针对桑蚕丝织物数码印花存在染色不均匀,图案不清晰的问题,选择不同用量的DGT-6糊料对桑蚕丝织物进行数码印花前处理,测试桑蚕丝织物6项印花关键指标,提升桑蚕丝织物的数码印花性能。试验结果表明:当DGT-6糊料质量分数为3%时,桑蚕丝织物得色量最高、精细度最好、脱糊率最优、色牢度最佳;当DGT-6糊料质量分数为1%时,织物的渗透性能最好;当DGT-6糊料质量分数为6%时,织物的防渗化效果最好;综合来看,DGT-6糊料的质量分数为3%时,桑蚕丝织物数码印花效果最佳。Aiming at the problems of uneven dyeing and unclear patterns in digital printing of mulberry silk fabrics,DGT-6 pastes with different dosages were selected to pre-process mulberry silk fabrics for digital printing,and 6 key printing indicators were tested to improve the digital printing performance.The test results show that:when the mass fraction of DGT-6 paste is 3%,the mulberry silk fabric has the highest color yield,the best fineness,the best depaste rate,and the best color fastness;When the mass fraction of DGT-6 paste is 1%,the penetration performance of the fabric is the best;when the mass fraction of DGT-6 paste is 6%,the anti-seepage effect of the fabric is the best;when the mass fraction of DGT-6 paste is 6%,the impermeability effect of the fabric is the best.In conclusion,when the mass fraction of DGT-6 paste is 3%,the digital printing effect of mulberry silk fabric is the best.
