结果蔓摘心和花序整理对紫金早生葡萄果实品质的影响

摘　　要：以紫金早生葡萄为试材,进行结果蔓摘心和花序整理提高果实品质的试验。结果表明,结果蔓摘心以保留10片叶,花序以上副梢保持2片叶,花序以下副梢抹除;花序整理以盛花期疏除花序上层的小花序,花穗保留14 cm长度为宜。Taking Zijinzaosheng grape as the test material,the effects of different floral clusters pruning and new shoots pruning methods on the yield and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that,considering the yield and quality,the best method of new shoot pruning was to retain 10 leaves on the new shoot,erase the secondary tips below the ear,and retain 2 leaves of the secondary shoots above the inflorescence;the best method of floral clusters pruning was to remove upper inflorescences and remain the lower inflorescences with 14 cm length.
