枝蔓绑扎和环剥处理对妮娜女皇葡萄果实品质的影响

摘　　要：对于葡萄优良品种妮娜女皇着色较难且不匀问题,对结果蔓果穗下一节位进行3个时间的绑扎和3个时间的环剥处理,探究对葡萄着色及内在品质的影响。结果表明,在新梢生长期的早期(4月27日)、中期(5月8日)、后期(5月18日)进行绑扎,葡萄转色前期(6月10日)、转色中期(6月21日)、转色后期的(7月2日)进行环剥处理,均能改善妮娜女皇葡萄的着色,增加红色度、光亮度,并且提高可溶性固形物含量。综合评价认为,结果蔓绑扎处理的效果优于环剥处理的效果。绑扎处理的时间以5月18日前后进行为宜。In order to solve the problem of difficult and uneven coloring of Queen Nina grape,the next node of the fruit vine ear was bound for 3 times and girdled for 3 times to explore the influence on the coloring and internal quality of Queen Nina grape.The results showed that the six treatments,including binding in the early(April 27),middle(May 8),and late(May 18)stages of the new shoot growth period,and girdling in the early(June 10),middle(June 21),and late(July 2)stages of the color change,could improve the coloring degree of Queen Nina grape,increase the redness and brightness,and increase the fruit soluble solid content.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the effect of vine binding treatment was better than that of girdling treatment.The appropriate time for binding treatment should be carried out around May 18.
