护士分层级管理在妇科护理管理中的应用及提高护理质量的探讨

摘　　要：目的探究对妇科护理管理中实行护士分层级管理的临床价值。方法以德州市德城区妇女儿童医院2021年1月—2022年1月期间34名护理工作人员为研究对象,采用简单随机化分为两组,分别为对照组(17名)以及观察组(17名)。对照组护理人员接受常规管理,观察组护理人员在对照组的基础上接受护士分层级管理,比较两组护理人员妇科护理质量、护理人员综合素质、患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组护理人员护理质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员综合素质明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科护理工作人员实行护士分层级管理干预,能有效提升护理人员护理质量,能显著提升其综合素质,能明显提高患者对护理工作的满意程度。Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing hierarchical management in gynecological nursing management.Methods A total of 34 nursing staff from Decheng District Women's and Children's Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by simple randomization method,namely the control group(17 persons)and the observation group(17 persons).The nursing staff in the control group received routine management,and the nursing staff in the observation group received hierarchical management by nurses on the basis of the control group.Compared the gynecological nursing quality,comprehensive quality of nursing staff,and patient satisfaction with nursing work in the two grups.Results The nursing quality of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups,the comprehensive quality of nursing staff in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nurses'hierarchical management intervention for nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,significantly improve their comprehensive quality,and significantly improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
