优质护理管理模式在血液透析科护理人员管理中应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理管理模式在血液透析科护理人员管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月浠水县中医院从事血液透析工作的34名护理人员为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各17名。对照组的护理人员实施常规护理管理,观察组实施优质护理管理。对比两组护理人员的认知水平、护理质量评分以及两组护理的患者满意度。结果与对照组的各项认知水平相比,观察组的认知水平均显著高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者及其家属的护理满意度为93.59%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理模式的应用能有效提高护士的认知水平、质量评分和患者对护士的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing management model in the management of nursing staff in hemodialysis department.Methods Selected 34 nurses who were engaged in hemodialysis in Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021,divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 17 nurses in each.The nursing staff in the control group implemented routine nursing management,while the observation group implemented high-quality nursing management.The cognitive level,nursing quality score,and patient satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared and statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the cognitive level of the control group,the cognitive level of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was 93.59%,which was higher than that in the control group 79.49%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing management model can effectively improve nurses'cognitive level,quality score and patients'satisfaction with nurses.
