摘 要:目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施家庭长期氧疗过程中结合健康管理模式的有效性。方法随机选取2020年2月—2022年3月在石门县人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科工作的医务人员24名。2020年2月—2021年2月期间本院实施传统管理模式,纳入参比组(n=12);2021年3月—2022年3月期间本院实施精细化管理模式,纳入观察组(n=12)。比较两组管理后的专业成绩、管理能力、管理服务满意度。结果管理后,观察组的专业成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的管理能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的管理服务满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理模式运用在呼吸与危重症医学科管理服务中,可提升医务人员专业素养,锻炼管理能力,提高管理服务满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of combined health management mode in the implementation of long-term home oxygen therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 24 medical staff who worked in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Shimen County People's Hospital from February 2020 to March 2022 were randomly selected.From February 2020 to February 2021,the hospital implemented the traditional management model and included in the reference group(n=12);from March 2021 to March 2022,the hospital implemented the refined management model and included in the observation group(n=12).The professional performance,management ability,and management service satisfaction were compared between the two groups after management.Results After management,the professional performance of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management service satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the refined management model in the management services of respiratory and critical care medicine can improve the professional quality of medical staff,exercise management ability,and improve the satisfaction of management services,which is worthy of reference.
