摘　　要：心内科主要治疗各类心血管疾病,心血管疾病的诊断技术也在紧跟时代步伐不断地提升,治疗设备也在不断地更新,与此同时要求心内科医师的临床能力也要不断增强。从专业知识和专业素养角度分析,归纳心内科医师所需要具备的能力与素质:扎实基本功,熟悉心内科各项检查,与医患沟通交流,分析病情发散思维、理论联系实际等能力。在此基础上,针对所需具备的能力和素质提出相对应的培养方式:加强对基本功的掌握,强化与医患之间的沟通交流,培养心内科医师的责任心和上进心,注重对其临床能力以及科研能力的培养[1],最终建立一套合理且高效的培养心内科医生临床能力的现代化模式,加快对心内科医生临床能力的培养的进程,不断适应现代社会对心内科医生的需求。Cardiology mainly treats various cardiovascular diseases.The diagnosis technology of cardiovascular diseases is constantly improving in keeping with the pace of the times,and the treatment equipment is constantly being updated.At the same time,the clinical ability of cardiologists is also required to be continuously enhanced.From the perspective of professional knowledge and professional quality,it summarizes the abilities and qualities that cardiologists need to have:solid basic skills,familiarity with various examinations in cardiology,communication with doctors and patients,divergent thinking in analyzing conditions,and integrating theory with practice.On this basis,corresponding training methods are proposed for the required abilities and qualities:strengthening the mastery of basic skills and strengthening communication with doctors and patients,cultivating cardiologists'sense of responsibility and self-motivation,focusing on their cultivation of clinical ability and scientific research ability,and finally establish a reasonable and efficient modern model for cultivating the clinical ability of cardiologists,speed up the process of cultivating the clinical ability of cardiologists,and continuously adapt to the modern society's demands on cardiologists'need.
