摘　　要：大遗址保护区划作为“历史文化保护线”的重要构成,不仅是大遗址保护规划的核心内容,而且是国土空间规划的强制性内容,因此必须做好保护区划划定与国土空间规划的协同。研究基于大遗址整体保护和活化利用的原则,剖析两者在协同方面存在的核心问题与原因,以钓鱼城古战场遗址为例,分别从保护区划定、区划分级分类、区划管理规定3个方面提出优化路径:即统筹各类空间要素的“保护范围”“建设控制地带”划定、兼顾各类空间保护发展需求的保护区划分级分类、实施用途管制的保护区划管理规定。As an important component of the "historical and cultural protection space",the protection zoning is the core of the conservation plan for large-scale archaeological site,and is also a compulsory content of the territorial spatial planning,so it is important to work in close collaboration between protection zoning and territorial spatial planning.Following the principle of overall protection and revitalization,the study analyzes the collaborative problem.Then,taking an example of Diaoyucheng ancient battlefield site,the study proposes an optimization framework for three dimensions of protection zoning,zoning classification and zoning management regulations:the delineation of "protection area" and "development control area" for the integration of various spatial elements,the classification for the development needs of all types of spatial protection,the regulations by means of use control.
