摘　　要：针对踏板式两轮摩托车手把跳动问题,进行了一系列的模拟台架试验,以再现故障现象。从不同角度分析影响手把跳动的因素,并通过台架试验测试了这些因素变化时的手把跳动,明确了产生跳动的机理和要因,确立了用数值量化地评价手把跳动的测量方法,消除车型开发中人体评价结果模糊的状态,提高车型开发的效率。In order to reproduce the handlebar jutter in a two-wheel motorcycle,a series of simulated bench tests have been carried out.The paper analyzes the several factors that will affect the handle bar jutter and testify these factors by bench test.It thereby clarifies the mechanism of jutter and main cause and establishes the numerical measure methods to quantitatively evaluate the handle bar jutter,eliminates the fuzzy evaluation results by the human subjective evaluation in the development of models,improve the efficiency of the model development.
