电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用DC/DC变换器效率测试方法研究

摘　　要：DC/DC变换器作为车辆电气系统电压分级的重要电子元器件,其工作可靠性是整车电气系统正常工作的前提,QC/T 1152—2021《电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用DC/DC变换器技术条件》提出了电动摩托车及电动轻便摩托车用DC/DC变换器的效率测试方法。本文介绍了标准阐述的测试方法,对国内电动摩托车所采用的某主流规格DC/DC变换器进行了测试,并对结果进行了分析和总结。As an important electronic component for voltage grading of motorcycle electronic system,the working reliability of DC/DC converter is the premise for normal operation of electrical system,and the working efficiency test is an important parameter reflecting the quality reliability of the converter.The Specification of DC/DC converter for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds has been released,it proposes the efficiency test method for DC/DC converters for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.This paper introduces the test method described in the standard,and tests for the DC/DC converters with the mainstream specifications used on domestic electric motorcycles,and summarizes and analyzes the results.
