摘　　要：目的:了解海口市社会办口腔医疗机构小型压力蒸汽灭菌器使用现状和消毒员专业知识认知情况,分析其存在的不足及危险因素,为规范海口市社会办口腔医疗机构消毒灭菌提供参考依据。方法:根据《中华人民共和国卫生行业标准》(医院消毒供应中心)第2部分清洗消毒及灭菌技术操作规范WS310.2-2016,第3部分清洗消毒及灭菌效果监测标准WS310.3-2016和《口腔器械消毒灭菌技术操作规范》WS506-2016,制定口腔医疗机构小型蒸汽灭菌器使用现状和消毒员专业知识认知情况调查内容。2021年6月20日~2021年10月30日,随机抽取海口市4个区社会办口腔医疗机构及消毒员,通过问卷调查、现场查看和检测的方式,调查分析海口市四个区共52家社会办口腔医疗机构小型蒸汽灭菌器的使用现状及消毒员的知识认知情况。结果:①基本情况:医疗机构经营时间>6年的占比25%,牙椅数量>5张的占比22%,年就诊人数500~1000人的占比63%,口腔医生数量<5人的占比88.4%,护士数量<5人的占比84.6%,消毒员未配置的占比44.2%,消毒员未接受机构内消毒灭菌专业技术培训的占比77%。②小型蒸汽灭菌器的使用现状:52家口腔医疗机构持有小型蒸汽灭菌器1台的占比88.4%,使用时长3~5年的占比50%,灭菌器容积不超过25L的占比90.38%,100%的灭菌使用水为蒸馏水,73.08%的物理参数监测有自动监控并打印,100%的无生物监测;在资料记录方面,有灭菌器日常维护记录的占比94.23%,有年度维护记录的占比65.38%。③消毒员专业知识认知情况:灭菌要求认知平均正确率占比62.80%,灭菌参数正确率占比30.50%,灭菌前准备和装载、维护正确率占比77.36%,灭菌器监测要求正确率占比60.37%,灭菌物品有效期正确率占比62.27%。结论:海口市社会办口腔医疗机构小型压力蒸汽灭菌器管理和操作流程、灭菌记录等有待规范,消毒员缺乏消毒灭菌相关专业知识Objective:To understand the current situation of the use of small pressure steam sterilizers and the professional knowledge of sterilizers in socially-run oral medical institutions in Haikou City,analyze its shortcomings and risk factors,and provide a reference for standardizing the disinfection and sterilization of socially-run oral medical institutions in Haikou City.Methods:According to the CSSD-Part 2 Standard for operating procedure of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization WS310.2-2016,CSSD-Part 3 Surveillance standard for cleaning,disinfection and sterilization effect WS310.3-2016,and Regulation for disinfection and sterilization technique of dental instruments WS506-2016,to formulate the current situation of the use of small steam sterilizers in dental medical institutions and the investigation content of the professional knowledge of sterilizers.From June 20,2021 to October 30,2021,randomly selected socially-run dental medical institutions and disinfectors in 4 districts of Haikou City,through questionnaire survey,on-site inspection and testing,to investigate and analyze a total of 52 in the four districts of Haikou City.The current situation of the use of small steam sterilizers in dental medical institutions and the knowledge and cognition of sterilizers.Results:①Basic situation:25%of medical institutions have been running for more than 6 years,22%have more than 5 dental chairs,63%have 500-1000 patients per year,and 63%have less than 5 dentists.88.4%,84.6%with less than 5 nurses,44.2%with no sterilizers,and 77%without professional training on disinfection and sterilization in the institution.②The current status of the use of small steam sterilizers:52 dental medical institutions have a small steam sterilizer accounting for 88.4%,the use time is 3-5 years,accounting for 50%,and the volume of the sterilizer does not exceed 25L Accounting for 90.38%,100%of the sterilization use water is distilled water,73.08%of the physical parameter monitoring has automatic monitoring and printing,100%is no biologic
