摘 要:目的:探讨过氧乙酸与过氧化氢两种低温等离子体灭菌器灭菌性能及残留方面的区别。方法:自2020年5月至2021年3月,某院消毒供应中心引进过氧乙酸灭菌器以来,以盲端PTFE管腔、盲端SUS管腔和多孔硅胶片为实验对象,以过氧乙酸灭菌器为观察组,以过氧化氢低温灭菌器为对照组,对比两种灭菌器在灭菌效果、环境残留和器械残留方面差异。结果:过氧乙酸灭菌器对内径1mm、长度为1000mm的盲端PTFE管腔和内径0.7mm、长度为500mm的盲端SUS管腔灭菌微生物培养合格率(99.75%、99.50%)显著优于过氧化氢灭菌器(72.00%、84.50%)(χ^(2)=126.9、61.14,P<0.05)。过氧乙酸灭菌器灭菌过程中排出的过氧化氢气体浓度、灭菌后腔体中残留的过氧化氢气体浓度等合格情况(95.00%、97.50%)明显高于过氧化氢灭菌器(80.00%、82.50%)(χ^(2)=4.12、5.56,P<0.05)。过氧乙酸低温灭菌器灭菌后单位面积过氧化氢平均残留量为4.8μg/cm2,远小于过氧化氢低温灭菌器灭菌后单位面积过氧化氢平均残留量28.15μg/cm2(P<0.05)。结论:过氧乙酸灭菌器盲端管腔灭菌性能明显优于过氧化氢灭菌器;过氧乙酸灭菌器单位面积过氧化氢残留量小于过氧化氢灭菌器,虽然过氧乙酸灭菌器灭菌后在器械表面和环境中产生一定量的过氧乙酸残留,但依然在安全范围内。Objective:To explore the difference of sterilization performance and residue between peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizers.Methods:Since the introduction of peracetic acid sterilizer in the disinfection and supply department of a hospital from May 2020 to March 2021,the blind end PTFE tube cavity,blind end sus tube cavity and porous silicon film were taken as the experimental objects,and the hydrogen peroxide low-temperature sterilizer was taken as the control group to compare the differences in sterilization effect,environmental residue and instrument residual between the two sterilizers.Results:The qualified rate of microbial culture of peroxyacetic acid sterilizer was significantly better than that of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer(99.75%,99.50%)than hydrogen peroxide sterilizer(72.00%,84.50%)(χ^(2)=126.9,61.14,P<0.05).The concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas discharged from peracetic acid sterilizer during sterilization and residual hydrogen peroxide gas concentration in cavity after sterilization(95.00%,97.50%)were significantly higher than those of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer(80.00%,82.50%)(χ^(2)=4.12,5.56,P<0.05).The average residue of hydrogen peroxide per unit area was 4.8μg/cm2,far less than the average residue of hydrogen peroxide per unit area was 28.15μg/cm2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sterilization performance of peracetic acid sterilizer was better than that of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer;The hydrogen peroxide residue per unit area of peracetic acid sterilizer is less than that of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer.Although peracetic acid sterilizer produces a certain amount of peracetic acid residue on the instrument surface and environment after sterilization,it is still within the safety range.
