摘  要:目的:分析实时三维超声血管斑块定量分析技术(RT-3DU)检测颈动脉斑块的临床价值,观察其临床特征。方法:以回顾性分析的方式,选取2020年1月~2021年1月本院收治的颈动脉斑块患者30例作为实验对象,以计算机体层摄影血管造影(Computed Tomography Angiography,CTA)作为对照,即以64层螺旋CT扫描仪和血管分析仪来进行颈动脉斑块确定和体积测定,然后对患者进行实时三维超声血管斑块定量分析技术检测,以观察其斑块特征。就两种不同检查方式下的斑块体积进行比较,同时,对两种不同检测方式的斑块检出状况进行确定。所有患者均经过颈动脉造影术检查确诊。结果:在造影检查中,30例患者共有42个斑块,RT-3DU检测下斑块体积为(583.21±203.42)mm3,其测得40个斑块,检出率为95.24%,无误诊现象;在CTA检测下测定的斑块体积为(603.32±182.43)mm3,其测得39个斑块,检出率为92.86%,无误诊现象,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以实时三维超声血管斑块定量分析技术来检测颈动脉斑块,可对其体积进行准确测定,检出斑块个数,分析其不同特征。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound vascular plaque quantitative analysis technology(RT-3DU)in detecting carotid artery plaque,and to observe its clinical characteristics.Methods:In a retrospective analysis,30 cases of carotid plaque patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were used as experimental subjects.The blood vessel analyzer is used to determine the carotid artery plaque and measure the volume,and then perform real-time three-dimensional ultrasound vascular plaque quantitative analysis technology to detect the patient’s plaque characteristics.The plaque volume under the two different inspection methods are compared,and at the same time,the plaque detection status of the two different inspection methods is determined.All patients were diagnosed with carotid angiography.Results:In the angiographic examination,30 patients had 42 plaques.The volume of the plaques detected by RT-3DU was(583.21±203.42)mm3,40 plaques were detected,and the detection rate was 95.24%.There was no misdiagnosis.The plaque volume measured under the CTA test was(603.32±182.43)mm3,39 plaques were detected,the detection rate was 92.86%,and there was no misdiagnosis.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic vascular plaque quantitative analysis technology can be used to detect carotid plaques.The volume can be accurately measured,the number of plaques detected,and their different characteristics can be analyzed.
