摘　　要：目的:研究彩色多普勒超声诊断肝硬化门脉血流改变的价值。方法:在本院2019年6月~2020年6月接收的肝硬化患者中选择80例设为观察组,其中存在消化道出血情况40例,设为观察组A,不存在消化道出血情况40例,设为观察组B,另选同期健康志愿者80例,设为对照组。比较两组彩色多普勒超声诊断结果。结果:观察组的血流动力学参数中,内径、截面积、充血指数明显高于对照组,血流速度、血流量则明显低于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组A的内径、截面积以及充血指数明显高于观察组B,而血流速度、血流量则明显低于观察组B,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断可通过门脉血流相关数值情况更为准确地对肝硬化患者进行诊断,同时可在一定程度上反映肝硬化患者病情严重程度。Objective:To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing portal blood flow changes in cirrhosis.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital,80 patients with cirrhosis were selected as the observation group,including 40 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding as observation group A,40 patients without gastrointestinal bleeding as observation group B,and 80 healthy volunteers during the same period as control group.The diagnostic results of color Doppler ultrasound were compared between the two groups.Results:In hemodynamic parameters of the observation group,the inner diameter,cross-sectional area and congestion index were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the blood flow velocity and blood flow were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inner diameter,cross-sectional area and hyperemia index of observation group A were significantly higher than that of observation group B,while blood flow velocity and blood flow were significantly lower than that of observation group B,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography can be used to diagnose patients with cirrhosis more accurately and reflect the severity of patients with cirrhosis to a certain extent.
