长期配戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视的疗效及角膜并发症临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对近视者长期配戴角膜塑形镜的治疗效果以及对角膜并发症的影响,为近视干预提供有利基础。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月~2021年1月于本院就诊的配戴角膜塑形镜治疗的100例近视者的临床资料,对所有患者均持续配戴角膜塑形12个月,观察患者治疗效果(裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜平均曲率)、角膜并发症发生及处理对策。结果:与配戴角膜塑形镜前相比,配戴后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月患者裸眼视力明显提高,屈光度、角膜平均曲率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);配戴角膜塑形镜期间发生的并发症包括角膜上皮损伤、视觉质量异常、眼干涩等,经相关处理后均是缓解。结论:为近视的群体长期配戴角膜塑形镜,干预的效果良好,有助于提高近视者裸眼视力,但是长期配戴角膜塑形镜期间可出现一些并发症,需要加强观察,及时采取合理的方式进行干预,确保治疗的安全。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of long-term wearing corneal plastic lens on myopia and its impact on corneal complications,so as to provide a favorable basis for myopia intervention.Methods:The clinical data of 100 cases of myopia treated with corneal shaping lens from January 2019 to January 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients continued to wear corneal shaping for 12 months.The treatment effect(naked eye vision,diopter,average corneal curvature),corneal complications and treatment countermeasures were observed.Results:Compared with before wearing corneal shaping lens,the naked visual acuity was significantly improved,the diopter and average corneal curvature were significantly reduced at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after wearing corneal shaping lens(P<0.05);The complications occurred during the wearing of corneal plastic lens,including corneal epithelial injury,abnormal visual quality,dry eyes and so on,were relieved after relevant treatment.Conclusion:The long-term wearing of corneal plastic lens for the group of myopia has a good effect of intervention,which is helpful to improve the naked vision of myopia.However,some complications can occur during the long-term wearing of corneal plastic lens.It is necessary to strengthen observation and take reasonable intervention in time to ensure the safety of treatment.
