摘 要:随着经济的高速发展,用于生产钨制品的高压坯强度钨粉需求量在逐年增多。本文对一种生产高压坯强度钨粉的工艺方法进行了研究,该工艺方法流程为“APT-煅烧-前驱体粉末-氢还原-过筛-高压坯强度钨粉”。试验对前驱体粉末的性能参数进行了分析,并对其制备成的钨粉与常规钨粉在粒度分布、微观形貌以及制成压坯后的压坯强度等方面进行了分析和比较。试验结果表明:此工艺方法可适用于规模化生产高压坯强度钨粉,其整体工艺流程简洁,并且可以有效地避免氢气回收净化系统中产生氨大量富集的现象。With the rapid development of economy,the demand for high green strength compacted tungsten powder used to produce tungsten products is increasing in the latest years.This paper studies a technique for high green strength com-pacted tungsten powder.The main process of the method is“APT-calcination-precursor powder-hydrogen reduction-sieving-high green strength compacted tungsten powder”.In the experiment,the performance parameters of the precur-sor powder were analyzed.At the same time,the tungsten powder prepared with the precursor thing and normal tungsten powder were analyzed and compared in terms of particle size distribution,micromorphology,and green compact strength after compacting.The results show that this technology can be applied to the large-scale production of high green strength compacted tungsten powder.It has simple overall processes and can effectively avoid the enrichment of ammo-nia in the hydrogen recovery and purification.
