胰岛素泵与动态血糖监测仪对2型糖尿病的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析在为2型糖尿病患者实施治疗的过程中,胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测仪的临床应用价值。方法:本次实验研究的对象为2型糖尿病患者66例,根据患者治疗意愿的不同将其分为人数相同的实验组与参照组,其中实验组有患者33例,其治疗方法为胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测仪,参照组有患者33例,其治疗方法为胰岛素泵。结果:治疗前实验组与参照组患者早、中、晚餐前、睡前及早、中、晚餐后2h、凌晨2时血糖水平并无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后实验组上述时间段血糖水平明显低于参照组患者,P<0.05。统计学分析两组患者相关治疗指标后可知,实验组患者血糖达标时间明显较短,全天血糖波动值明显较小,同时其低血糖发生率明显较低,P<0.05。结论:在实施2型糖尿病患者治疗的过程中胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测仪是一种理想的治疗方式。Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of insulin pump combined with dynamic blood glucose monitor in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:The object of this experiment research for the treatment of 66 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,according to the will of the different treatment it into the same number of the experimental group and control group,the experimental group with 33 cases patients,the treatment method for dynamic blood sugar monitoring,insulin pump union reference group with 33 cases patients,the treatment methods for insulin pump.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose levels between the experimental group and the reference group at morning,noon,dinner,early before bedtime,2 hours after noon,dinner and 2 am,P>0.05;After treatment,the blood glucose level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Statistical analysis of relevant treatment indicators in the two groups showed that the time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the experimental group was significantly shorter,the fluctuation of blood glucose throughout the day was significantly smaller,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump combined with dynamic glucose monitor is an ideal treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
