胎儿超声心动图在完全型肺静脉异位引流诊断中的研究进展

摘　　要：完全型肺静脉异位引流(TAPVC)是一种严重的紫绀型先心病,约占出生后先心病的1%~5%,TAPVC是指四支肺静脉均不与左心房相连,而是通过共同静脉腔直接或间接引流入右心房。该病自然预后差,出生后会很快引起右心衰竭、肺动脉高压等严重并发症。如果不及早进行手术干预,病死率会很高。产前明确诊断对产后选择手术及治疗方案具有重要意义。随着影像学技术地不断进步,胎儿超声心动图在诊断TAPVC中得到越来越广泛应用。Complete anomalous pulmonary venous drainage is a serious cyanotic congenital heart disease.It accounts for about 1%to 5%of postnatal congenital heart disease.Complete anomalous pulmonary venous drainage refers to four pulmonary veins,which are not connected with the left atrium,but directly or indirectly drained into the right atrium through the common venous cavity.The natural prognosis of the disease is poor,and it will soon cause serious complications such as right heart failure and pulmonary hypertension after birth.If surgical intervention is not carried out before early surgery,the mortality will be high.Prenatal diagnosis is of great significance for postpartum surgery and treatment.With the continuous progress of imaging technology,fetal echocardiography has been more and more widely used in the diagnosis of complete anomalous pulmonary venous drainage.
