摘  要:丙型肝炎(hepatitis C,HC)是丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染所致的一种疾病,在临床中主要表现为发热、恶心、厌食、关节疼痛、乏力等,具有易反复、慢性化、传染性等特点。酶联免疫吸附法(enzymelinked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)、电化学发光法(electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay,ECLIA)和荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法(fluorescentquantitative polymerase chain reaction,FQ-PCR)是临床较为常用的三种检验方式,目前其应用于HC的研究也越来越多。因此,本文就近年来ELISA、ECLIA和FQ-PCR三种检验方式应用于HC的现状作一综述,旨在为HC的临床诊治提供更多参考。Hepatitis C(HC)is a disease caused by hepatitis C virus(HCV).It is mainly manifested in fever,nausea,anorexia,joint pain and fatigue in clinical practice,which is easy to repeat,slow down and infectious.Enzyme linked immunoassay(ELISA),electro chemiluminescence immunossay(ECLIA)and fluorescence quantitative chain reaction(FQ-PCR)are three commonly used methods in clinical practice.At present,more and more researches have been carried out on HC.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of ELISA,ECLIA and FQ-PCR in HC in recent years,aiming to provide more reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HC.
