鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血296例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探析鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效及安全性,为临床医师选择合理治疗方案提供参考。方法:在2016年7月~2020年6月在康平县人民医院接受治疗的顽固性鼻出血患者中选择591例纳入本次研究,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为两组—观察组(296例)和对照组(295例),观察组采用鼻内镜下微波治疗,对照组患者接受传统的鼻腔填塞止血治疗。对比两组治疗后的凝血功能指标水平、临床治疗总有效率及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的APTT、PT、FIB、TT指标及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对顽固性鼻出血患者采取鼻内镜下微波治疗具有比较明显的临床效果,能准确针对出血部位进行止血,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of microwave treatment of intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscope,and to provide reference for clinicians to choose reasonable treatment scheme.Methods:From July 2016 to June 2020,a total of 591 patients with intractable epistaxis in Kangping County People’s Hospital were selected and included in this study,according to the random number table method,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(296 cases)and control group(295 cases).Observation group received microwave therapy under nasal endoscope,control group received traditional nasal packing hemostasis.The coagulation function index level,clinical treatment total effective rate and complication rate s were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The indexes of APTT,PT,FIB and TT in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave therapy under nasal endoscope has obvious clinical effect on patients with intractable epistaxis,which can stop bleeding accurately and reduce the probability of complications.
