摘　　要：目的:探究妇产康复治疗仪对促进泌乳、子宫收缩的促进作用。方法:选择医院2018年1月~2019年12月收治的100例阴道分娩产妇进行研究。按照随机分配的方式将其分成对照组和观察组,观察组进行妇产康复治疗仪治疗,对照组进行常规仪器治疗,对比2组仪器对患者的泌乳量和阴道出血量的影响。结果:观察组患者产后第1天、第2天及第3天的泌乳量均显著高于对照组,两组数据之间差异明显,观察组患者产后2h、24h的阴道出血量均显著低于对照组,两组数据之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产康复治疗仪对于产妇泌乳量的增多和子宫收缩具有明显的作用,不仅可以提高患者的生活质量,还可以减少产妇的出血量,促进产妇的尽快恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of obstetrics and gynecology rehabilitation apparatus on promoting lactation and uterine contraction.Methods:100 cases of vaginal delivery women admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected for research.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random allocation.The observation group was treated with obstetrics and gynecology rehabilitation therapy equipment,and the control group was treated with conventional equipment.The effects of the two groups of equipment on patients’lactation and vaginal bleeding were compared.Results:The first,second,and third days of postpartum of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.There was a significant gap between the two groups.The observation group had significant vaginal bleeding 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum.Lower than the control group,the gap between the two groups of data is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The obstetrics and gynecology rehabilitation therapy instrument has an obvious effect on the increase of lactation and uterine contraction of puerpera,which can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also reduce the amount of bleeding of puerpera,and promote the recovery of puerpera as soon as possible.
