摘　　要：目的:探究标准操作程序(sop)在提高管腔器械清洗质量中的应用效果。方法:本研究选取腹腔镜器械60套为研究对象,按照研究方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组30套,采用卫生部《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范(2004版)》进行清洗,观察组30套,采用腹腔镜器械清洗标准操作程序进行清洗,对比两组清洗质量、机械功能质量及完好率、器械功能及效果。结果:观察组清洗质量高于对照组,数据有差异(P<0.05);观察组机械功能质量合格率与完好率高于对照组,数据有差异(P<0.05);两组器械功能对比无差异(P>0.05);两组冲洗管与气腹管、操作器械对比无差异(P>0.05);观察组目镜、连接线合格率高于对照组,数据有差异(P<0.05)。结论:SOP清洗方法可显著提高清洗质量,器械清洗效果显著,应用价值高。Objective:To explore the application effect of standard operating procedure(sop)in improving the cleaning quality of luminal instruments.Methods:In this study,60 sets of laparoscopic instruments were selected as the research object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different research methods.The control group(30 sets)was cleaned by the Ministry of Health's Operating Specifications for Endoscopic Cleaning and Disinfection Technology(2004 version),and the observation group(30 sets)was cleaned by the standard operating procedures for laparoscopic instrument cleaning.The cleaning quality,mechanical function quality,integrity rate,instrument function and effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The cleaning quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05);The qualified rate and intact rate of mechanical function quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in device function between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no difference between the two groups in the comparison of flushing tube,pneumoperitoneum tube and operating instruments(P>0.05);The qualified rate of eyepiece and connecting wire in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SOP cleaning method can significantly improve the cleaning quality,have significant cleaning effect and high application value.
