摘　　要：目的:探讨医院消毒供应中心全自动清洗消毒机的维护与管理策略。方法:分析全自动清洗消毒机的维护与保养方法,并通过对常见故障原因的探讨,提出针对性的改进对策。结果:全自动清洗消毒机的维护与保养至关重要,需做好日常保养及定期保养;分析发现全自动清洗消毒机的故障现象及原因可分为设备本身故障、人为因素故障两大类。针对设备本身故障及原因,需加强对全自动清洗消毒机的维护与保养;针对人为因素故障原因,需要加强消毒供应中心人员“三好四会五制度”的管理,日常使用严格依照厂家说明书并建立清洗报备流程及日常维修档案,以控制故障发生次数,提升清洗质量及使用效率。结论:全自动清洗消毒机较好的维护与管理,可延长清洗机的使用寿命,对减少清洗机的故障及维修费用、提高设备的完好率和使用率有重要意义,是确保医院消毒供应中心物品及时供应及工作效率关键。Objective:To discuss the maintenance and management strategy of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine in the hospital disinfection supply center.Methods:Analyze the maintenance and maintenance methods of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine,and put forward targeted improvement countermeasures through the discussion of common failure causes.Results:The maintenance and maintenance of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine is very important,and daily maintenance and regular maintenance are required;the analysis and discovery of the failure phenomenon and reasons of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine can be divided into two categories:equipment itself failure and human factor failure.For the failure and reasons of the equipment itself,it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance and maintenance of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine;For the reasons of human factors,it is necessary to strengthen the management of the"three good,four meetings and five systems"of the personnel of the disinfection supply center,and the daily use is strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and established cleaning reporting process and daily maintenance files to control the number of failures,improve cleaning quality and use efficiency.Conclusion:The better maintenance and management of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine can prolong the service life of the cleaning machine,which is of great significance to reduce the failure and maintenance cost of the cleaning machine,and to improve the integrity and utilization rate of the equipment.It is to ensure the supplies of the hospital disinfection supply center.Timely supply and work efficiency are key.
