摘　　要：目的:探讨消毒供应中心手术器械清洗质量管理模式的应用在预防院内感染中的效果。方法:选取本院2021年5月~2021年8月消毒供应中心所回收的525件待消毒手术器械作为研究对象,将2021年5月~2021年6月回收的手术器械纳入常规组(n=257),2021年7月~2021年8月回收的手术器械纳入管理组(n=268)。常规组采用常规清洗流程,并实施常规管理模式,管理组则在标准化护理质量管控路径下开展清洗工作,清洗后对其清洗达标情况进行统计,比较两组清洗质量控制评分,同时对院内感染情况进行记录。结果:管理组清洗达标率为96.27%,相较于常规组的89.11%高(P<0.05);管理组清洗质量控制各项评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);管理组院内感染发生率为2.61%,较常规组的8.56%低(P<0.05)。结论:在标准化护理质量管控路径下对手术器械开展消毒清洗工作,可提高清洗达标率,获得较高清洗质量控制评分,对于院内感染有较好控制作用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of the quality management mode of surgical instrument cleaning in the disinfection supply center in preventing nosocomial infection.Methods:525 surgical instruments to be disinfected from May 2021 to August 2021 in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the surgical instruments recovered from May 2021 to June 2021 were included in the routine group(n=257).Surgical instruments recovered from July 2021 to August 2021 were included in the management group(n=268).The routine group adopted the routine cleaning process and implemented the routine management mode,while the management group carried out the cleaning work under the standardized nursing quality control path.After the cleaning,the cleaning standards of the two groups were counted,the cleaning quality control score of the two groups was compared,and the nosocomial infection was recorded.Results:The compliance rate of the management group was 96.27%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(89.11%)(P<0.05).The scores of cleaning quality control in management group were significantly higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in management group was 2.61%,lower than 8.56%in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disinfection and cleaning of surgical instruments under the standardized nursing quality control path can improve the standard rate of cleaning,obtain a higher quality control score of cleaning,and have a good control effect on nosocomial infection.
