摘  要:针对铁路企业职工岗位适应性培训的工学矛盾突出、投入产出关联趋弱、独家支撑难以为继、效果评估激励不足共性问题,分析成因在于师资力量薄弱、教学形式单一、评估方法老套、联动职责虚化,提出壮大职工岗位培训师资力量、拓展职工岗位培训内容形式、完善职工岗位培训考评方法、健全职工岗位培训管理体制对策,为强化铁路企业职工岗位培训,不断提升综合素质实现持续健康发展提供参考。In view of the contradiction between work and learning for the job adaptive training of railway enterprise employees is prominent,the weakening of input-output correlations,the difficulty of exclusive support,and the lack of effect evaluation and incentives,the causes are analyzed as weak teachers,single teaching form,old-fashioned evaluation method,and ineffective linkage responsibility.This paper puts forward counter⁃measures to strengthen the staff post training teachers,expand the content and form of staff post training,improve the evaluation methods of staff post training,and perfect the management system of staff post train⁃ing,so as to provide reference for strengthening staff post training in railway enterprises,constantly improv⁃ing comprehensive quality and realizing sustainable and healthy development.
