摘　　要：为解决当前湿地管护不当的问题,提出湿地管家作为生态服务业的一种全新服务模式,有效为政府和企业提供一站式托管服务。根据湿地管家的发展现状,系统阐述湿地管家的背景和定义,从服务对象和服务模式上阐明与传统生态服务业的区别。通过常熟市城西污水处理厂尾水生态湿地管家服务的分析,发现目前湿地管家服务存在湿地管理体制不健全、融资不足、科技创新能力不足和公众参与力度不够的问题,提出湿地管家服务需要建立健全湿地管护体制、完善湿地管护融资体系、提高科技创新能力和加大公众参与力度的对策,助力生态服务业的有效开展。In order to solve the existing problem of inappropriate wetland management, wetland stewardship, a new model of ecological service, is proposed to effectively provide all-in-one services under the mandate of government and enterprise. According to the current status of development of the wetland stewardship, this paper describes the background and definition of the wetland stewardship, and illustrates its difference from traditional ecological service sector in terms of service targets and models. Problems ofdefective wetland management system, insufficient financing, weak capacity of scientific and technological innovation and inadequate public participation were identified by ananalysis of the wetland stewardship applied in the tail-water ecological wetland in Changshu Chengxi wastewater treatment plant. Countermeasures to tackle these problems are proposed to promote the effective development of the ecological service sector.
