摘 要:研究了颗粒的光散射现象,提出用于煤粉颗粒粒径测量的Chin-Shifrin变换反演算法.该算法采用线阵CCD为光电探测器,基于Fraunhofer衍射原理对小粒径颗粒的散射光强进行反演计算.在分析算法原理的基础上,给出了反演计算相应积分角度区间的计算公式.通过数值模拟,用Chin-Shifrin变换反演平均粒径为90μm煤粉颗粒,仿真结果表明,粒度分布测量的相对误差小于4%.The light scattering phenomenon of particles was studied,and a Chin-Shifrin transform inversion algorithm for particle size measurement of pulverized coal was proposed.The algorithm used a linear array CCD as the photodetector,and calculated the scattered light intensity of small-sized particles based on the Fraunhofer diffraction principle.On the basis of analyzing the principle of the algorithm,the calculation formula of the corresponding integral angle interval for inversion was given.Through numerical simulation,the Chin-Shifrin transformation was used to invert the average particle size of 90um pulverized coal particles.The simulation results showed that the relative error of particle size distribution measurement was less than 4%.
