摘 要:为研究不同桥跨对中低速磁浮列车-简支梁系统竖向振动特性的影响,建立中低速磁浮列车-简支梁系统竖向耦合振动模型。以25 m、30 m、35 m三种典型跨径的混凝土简支梁为研究对象,对中低速磁浮列车-桥梁系统竖向振动特性进行分析。结果表明:建立的耦合振动数值模型可靠;随着简支梁跨径增加,桥梁竖向动挠度增加,而竖向加速度减小;车体和悬浮架的竖向动位移和加速度均随着简支梁跨径的增加而减小,悬浮架竖向加速度的优势频段集中在0~30 Hz和50~80 Hz,车体整体表现为低频振动(0~15 Hz);悬浮间隙和悬浮力的波动范围随着简支梁跨径增加而减小;不同跨径会改变桥梁竖向加速度的频谱分布特性;磁浮线路可根据需要,在满足静力安全服役的前提下,灵活选择简支梁跨径,最大程度节约工程造价。Here,to study influences of different bridge spans on vertical vibration characteristics of a low and medium speed maglev train-simply supported beam system,its vertical coupled vibration model was established.Taking concrete simply supported beams with 3 typical spans of 25 m,30 m and 35 m as study objects,vertical vibration characteristics of the system were analyzed.The results showed that the established numerical model of coupled vibration is reliable;with increase in simply supported beam span,vertical dynamic deflection of the bridge increases,while its vertical acceleration decreases;vertical dynamic displacements and accelerations of vehicle body and suspension frame decrease with increase in simply supported beam span,dominant frequency bands of vertical acceleration of suspension frame are concentrated within 0-30 Hz and 50-80 Hz,and the overall vehicle body has low-frequency vibration within the range of 0-15 Hz;fluctuation ranges of levitation clearance and levitation force decrease with increase in simply supported beam span;different spans can change spectrum distribution characteristics of bridge vertical acceleration;simply supported beam span can be flexibly chosen for maglev line according to requirements and under the premise of satisfying static safe service to save the project cost to the maximum extent.
