摘  要:为探究蜂窝铝夹芯板的抗侵彻性能。对?6 mm钨球侵彻蜂窝铝夹芯板进行试验研究,得到弹道极限速度为169 m/s;为进一步比较侵彻蜂窝铝夹芯板抗侵彻规律,使用LS-DYNA进行数值模拟,将不同形状破片侵彻蜂窝铝夹芯板与间隔铝靶进行分析比较,并通过数值模拟与改进后的De Marre公式对2A12等效靶厚度计算结果进行对比分析,结果为:抗球形破片侵彻最差,夹芯层可增加靶板约18%的强度;数值模拟的等效2A12铝靶厚度为1.30 mm,理论计算为1.33 mm,相对误差在5%以内,可满足工程计算要求。研究结果可为反卫星和反航天目标战斗部的设计提供参考。Here,to investigate anti-penetration performance of honeycomb aluminum sandwich panel,tests of?6 mm tungsten balls penetrating into a honeycomb aluminum sandwich panel was conducted,and the ballistic limit velocity was 169 m/s.In order to further compare anti-penetration laws of penetrated honeycomb aluminum sandwich panels,the software LS-DYNA was used to perform numerical simulation.Fragments with different shapes penetrating honeycomb aluminum sandwich panels and spacer aluminum targets were analyzed contrastively.The calculation results of equivalent 2 A12 aluminum target’s thickness obtained with numerical simulation and the improved De Marre formula,respectively were compared.The results showed that the anti-penetration performance against spherical fragments is the worst,sandwich layer can increase the target strength by about 18%;the thickness of equivalent 2 A12 aluminum target obtained with numerical simulation is 1.30 mm,its theoretical calculation value is 1.33 mm,their relative error is within 5%to meet engineering calculation requirements;the study results can provide some reference for design of anti-satellite and anti-space target warheads.
