摘 要:采用湿法纺丝制备聚丙烯腈/聚氨酯(PAN/PU)中空纤维膜,通过化学改性制备胺肟化聚丙烯腈/聚氨酯(AOPAN/PU)中空纤维膜,研究中空纤维膜亲水性变化和金属离子吸附性能。通过扫描电镜,红外光谱对中空纤维膜进行表征,并测定中空纤维膜亲水性能。研究表明,改性后制备的AOPAN/PU中空纤维膜亲水性能得到较大改善,同时中空纤维膜能高效吸附金属离子,在对10 mg/L的Cu^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)混合金属溶液3次吸附循环测试后发现,滤液中三种剩余金属离子浓度达到生活饮用水卫生标准。Polyacrylonitrile/polyurethane(PAN/PU) hollow fiber membrane was prepared by wet spinning, the amidoximation of polyacrylonitrile/polyurethane(AOPAN/PU) hollow fiber membrane was formed by chemical modification, the hydrophilicity of hollow fiber and adsorption properties of metal ions were investigated. Meanwhile, the SEM, FTIR were carried out to characterize th e hollow fiber, and the hydrophilic property of the hollow fiber was measured. The research shows that the hydrophilic performa nce of the modified AOPAN/PU hollow fiber membrane was improved, and the hollow fiber membrane can effectively treat metal ions. After t hree adsorption cycles of 10 mg/L Cu^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)mixed metal solution, it is found that the concentration of three residual metal ions in the filtrate reaches the standards for drinking water quality.
