摘  要:目的分析非铀矿山高氡暴露职业病危害的防控现状,发现薄弱环节,提出应对措施和建议。方法运用质性研究中的现象学方法,对20名某锰矿男性工作人员进行面对面深度访谈,运用质性数据内容分析方法进行数据分析。结果非铀矿山氡暴露防治薄弱的潜在相关因素:正性因素包括非铀矿山矿工职业体检完成度高和矿山工作人员职业健康意识加强2个主题,负性因素包括经济压力大、工作时间长、健康意识薄弱、知识盲区4个主题。结论从非铀矿山工作人员的体验分析氡暴露防治薄弱的原因并提出相应对策,可为非铀矿山氡暴露的防治提供参考,对减少矿工氡暴露的发生有重要意义。Objective To analyze the prevention and control status of occupational hazards caused by high radon exposure in non-uranium mines,and find out the weak links,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods The phenomenological method of qualitative research was used to conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews with 20 male workers in a manganese mine,and the qualitative data content analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results The potential related factors of weak prevention and control of radon exposure in non-uranium mines were obtained.The positive factors included the high completion of occupational physical examination for non-uranium miners and the strengthening of occupational health awareness of mine workers.The negative factors included high economic pressure,long working hours,weak health awareness and knowledge blind area.Conclusion Based on the experience of workers in non-uranium mines,the causes of weak radon exposure prevention and control are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of radon exposure in non-uranium mines and is of great significance for reducing the occurrence of radon exposure in miners.
