香炉山鸡体重生长曲线的拟合研究与体尺测定

摘　　要：为探究新一代香炉山鸡的生长发育规律,对0~20周龄香炉山鸡的体重、体尺进行测量,使用3种非线性模型(Logistic、von Bertalanffy、Gompertz)对香炉山鸡的生长曲线进行拟合分析。结果显示:Gompertz、von Bertalanffy模型的拟合度R2在公、母鸡中都大于Logistic模型,3种生长模型拟合度R2均高于0.99,都能很好地拟合香炉山鸡体重生长曲线,其中Gompertz模型的拟合度最高且更接近实际测量值,因此Gompertz模型曲线对于香炉山鸡的生长规律更为适用;根据Gompertz模型计算得出香炉山鸡公、母鸡的拐点体重分别为865.14和748.78 g,拐点周龄分别是11.25和11.70周龄;对香炉山鸡的体重和体尺指标进行分析比较发现,4~20周龄阶段的公鸡在体重、胫长、龙骨长和胫围等生长指标上均极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01)。研究结果为香炉山鸡后续的饲养管理和开发利用提供了基础资料。This study was to explore the growth and development patterns of the new generation of Xianglushan chickens.The body weight and body size of the Xianglushan chickens at the age of 0-20 weeks were measured.Three nonlinear models(Logistic,von Bertalanffy,and Gompertz)were used to fit and analyze the growth curve of the chickens.The results showed as follows:The fitting degree R2 of the Gompertz and von Bertalanffy models was greater than that of the Logistic model in the tested cocks and hens,and the fitting degree R2 of the three growth models were above 0.99,which could well fit the body weight growth curve of the Xianglushan chickens,but the fitting degree of the Gompertz model was the highest and closer to the actual measured value.Therefore,the Gompertz model curve was more suitable for the growth rule of the Xianglushan chickens.According to the Gompertz model,the inflection point weight of the cocks and hens was 865.14 g and 748.78 g,respectively,and the age of inflection point was 11.25 weeks and 11.70 weeks,respectively.The body weight and body length of the Xianglushan chicken were compared.It was found that the body weight,shin length,keel length and shin circumference of the cocks aged 4 to 20 weeks were significantly higher than those of the hens(P<0.01).This study provided reference data for future feeding,management,development and utilization of Xianglushan chickens.
