摘　　要：澧水公司提出了“构建澧水集团、推行集团管控”的战略举措,通过建立现代企业运营模式、实施集团化运作提升管理水平,增强内生动力,助推公司“二次创业”战略的实现。论述了澧水公司集团化管控体系研究设计情况,对执行过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出改进思路。The leading Party group of Lishui Hydro & Power Co.,Ltd. put forward the strategic initiative of “Building Lishui Group,Promoting Group Management and Control”. A modern enterprise operation mode is established to improve its management level,enhance the endogenous power and boost the realization of the company’s second entrepreneurship”strategy. The research and design of group management and control system of Lishui company are introduced,the problems encountered in the implementation process are analyzed,and some improvement ideas are put forward.
