摘 要:随着BIM技术的快速发展,工程项目数字化应用的价值也被不断发掘。针对钦州自动化码头项目装卸工艺及平面布置的特点,将BIM技术应用于项目装卸工艺表达的全过程,重点结合虚拟现实技术实现了基于自动化集装箱码头装卸工艺模拟的沉浸式体验。虚拟现实技术不仅能够辅助进行方案优化和比选,还可以动态体验从船舶靠泊到集装箱出运的完整装卸工艺流程,充分展示码头自动化、无人化、智慧化的特点。它的成功应用是潮流技术与生产项目的全新结合,有利于提升项目的设计质量和多方的交互。With the rapid development of BIM(building information modelling)technology,the value of digital application of engineering projects has been continuously explored.Regarding the characteristics of the loading and unloading process and layout of the Qinzhou automated terminal project,BIM technology is applied to the whole process of the project s loading and unloading process expression,and the immersive experience based on the simulation of the loading and unloading process of the automated container terminal is realized by focusing on the virtual reality technology.Virtual reality technology can not only assist in scheme optimization and comparison,but also dynamically experience the complete loading and unloading process from ship berthing to container shipping,fully demonstrating the characteristics of the terminal s automation,unmannedness and intelligence.Its successful application is a new combination of trend technology and production projects,which is conducive to improve the design quality and multi-party interaction of the project.
