摘　　要：目的 探究维持性透析患者非恢复性睡眠和生存质量的关系,分析生存质量的影响因素。方法 随机抽取2021年10月至2022年1月期间湖南省和广东省3个研究中心共329例维持性透析的患者,采用一般资料调查表、非恢复性睡眠量表和肾脏病生存质量简明量表进行评估。采用雷达图描述非恢复性睡眠和生存质量的现状,利用线性回归分析探索生存质量的影响因素。结果 患者的非恢复性睡眠得分为38.46±4.38,肾脏病相关生存质量得分为69.00±13.39。非恢复性睡眠与生存质量各维度得分之间呈正相关。生存质量在年龄、职业状态、家庭经济、透析方式和非恢复性睡眠上有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 维持性透析患者非恢复性睡眠和生存质量水平不容乐观,年龄、职业状态、家庭经济、透析方式和非恢复性睡眠是影响患者生存质量的重要因素。Objective To explore the relationship between nonrestorative sleep(NRS)and quality of life(QOL)in maintenance patients,and analyze the influencing factors of quality of life.Methods A total of 329 maintenance dialysis patients from 3 research centers in Hunan and Guangdong Province were randomized selected from October 2021 to December 2021.The general data questionnaire,nonrestorative sleep scale,and brief scale for the quality of survival in renal disease were used to evaluate patients.Statistically,we used radar plots to describe the status of NRS and QOL,and the linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of QOL.Results The patient's NRS score was 38.46±4.38 and the nephropathy related QOL score was 69.00±13.39.There was a positive correlation between NRS and scores on all dimensions of QOL.The QOL differed significantly in age,occupational status,household economy,dialysis modality,and nonrestorative sleep(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of NRS and QOL in maintenance dialysis patients is not optimistic.Age,occupational status,family economy,dialysis mode,and NRS are important factors affecting the QOL of patients.
