摘 要:为保证半潜式平台远洋干拖过程中平台及垫木的结构安全,采用水动力软件对半潜船及半潜式平台整个系统进行运动响应分析并组合4种典型工况,采用有限元软件对半潜式平台及垫木进行结构强度分析。计算结果表明,在满足设计的最大有义波高条件下,半潜式平台及垫木的结构强度满足规范要求。半潜船载运半潜式平台在设计的最大有义波高的海况指导下航行,顺利完成该航次任务,验证技术的可靠性,为保证半潜船装载类似超大型货物的结构安全性提供一定的参考价值。To ensure the structural safety of the semi-submersible platform and cribbing during the ocean-going dry-transportation,the hydrodynamic software is used to analyze the motion response of the whole system of semi-submersible ship and semi-submersible platform,and 4 typical load cases are combined.The finite element software is used to analyze the structural strength of the semi-submersible platform and cribbing.The results show that the structural strength of the semi-submersible platform and cribbing satisfies the requirement of the rules under the condition that the maximum significant wave height satisfies the design value.The semi-submersible ship sails under the guidance of the designed maximum significant wave height.The successful completion of the voyage verifies the reliability of the technology,and provides some reference for semi-submersible ship to load similar oversized cargo safely.
